A Job Offer?
I've been watching a lot of RuPaul's Drag Race recently so please know exactly what's running through my head when it's just the phrase 'really, queen?'. Well, this is exactly how I felt today when I checked my email and saw a job offer sitting in there. I haven't even started my TEFL class yet and y'all are stressing me out about accepting job offers? Anyway, it seems rather legitimate. I'll be making more money than I am now (which isn't much, but is better than nothing), I'll get a housing allowance, and bonuses based on performance. But it's nerve-wracking to think about accepting a position when you've never seen the building, never met the staff, and don't know exactly what you're signing up for. So queue my gut wrenched stomach not doing too well after my well-rounded dinner of Honey Nut Cheerios. So this job offer is for a teaching position (teaching English - let's just clear that up now.
